    Send a photo or your grill's make and model, and we'll flag anything before we arrive. Text (760) 671-1227 any time.

  3. We come to you

    We bring the heated soak tank, steam equipment and tools to your home.

  4. Walkthrough & payment

    We show you what we did and found, then take the balance. If your grill ever needs more time or parts, we explain it and get your OK first.

Booking questions

How much is the deposit?

$20, paid securely through Square when you book. It comes off your final bill, so it isn't an extra charge.

What if I book the wrong service?

No problem. Your technician confirms your grill's size and condition before starting. If it needs a different service or more time, we explain the difference and get your approval before doing any work at a different price.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Call or text (760) 671-1227 during business hours and we'll move it. Please give at least 24 hours' notice: late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Your confirmation email from Square may also include a reschedule link.

When are appointments available?

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Cleanings take about 3 to 4 hours, so the calendar reserves that much time for your grill.
