Booking & deposits
- Prices shown on this site are our online booking prices. A $20 deposit reserves your appointment, and it's applied to your final invoice.
- Online booking and payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
- Our technician confirms your grill's size and condition before starting. If it needs a different service, extra time, parts or repairs, we explain why and get your approval before doing any work at a different price.
- Some parts have to be ordered, so not every repair can be finished on the first visit.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel: call or text (760) 671-1227 during business hours. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Privacy
This policy covers mrbbqgc.com and the information you give us when you book, call, text, email or use our contact form.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address or city, and details or photos of your grill.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
To schedule and perform your service, send appointment reminders, invoices and receipts, answer your questions, and follow up about future maintenance. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, who handle it on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Square, for online booking, deposits, invoices and payments.
- Our website host, which delivers this site and receives contact-form messages for us.
- Our email, phone and text-message providers, which carry the messages and calls between you and us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't track you across other websites. The booking pages run by Square and the review pages run by Google have their own cookie and privacy policies.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site doesn't track visitors across other websites, so it treats every visit the same way whether or not the signal is sent.
Links to other sites
Our booking links go to Square, and our review and social links go to Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
